The Feline Timeline...

I developed pictures - 8 rolls worth - in February, and today I loaded them onto my hard drive. So, a history in pictures...

In the beginning, there was Sophia, and she was queen of the newspapers and it was good.

Then I went home for a weekend and encountered fuzzy visions of cuteness and it was good.

Then I brought a fuzzy vision of cuteness back with me...

and much hissing and snarling ensued. And nay, it was not good.

But gradually, things improved. First, the interloper was studied.

Closer inspection...

Eventually a wary coexistence was achieved.

Gradually, the climate warmed. Maybe this small thing wasn't all bad.

And then they were united against a common enemy: the move.

The Peanut isn't ever going to be one of the great thinkers of the cat world...

But that makes it easier for Sophia to plot to take over the universe in peace.

Oh! They are both so gorgeous!

I love the way you put the storyline together - it really shows how their relationship has progressed.

Thanks for sharing those! :)

Those are some good looking purry-things! Are they both of the same sex, or perhaps asexual, or otherwise not planning to elope, or might there be additional furballs in your future?

thim - thanks. it's easy when you have a couple of years worth of pictures all in front of you.

suldog - they're both fixed females. sophia's still not convinced this was a good idea - no running away together planned as yet. and i have no plans for additional furballs, unless one of the tumbleweeds of cat hair in my house is struck by lightning and comes to life as frankencat - which could happen.

Great tale of two tails. The pics compliment the story line perfectly.

LOL...I feel your pain. I can relate to almost all your blogs. Unfortunately in our house, the two grand dames have never warmed to the little prince. Hope the kitties are both doing well now. :)
